COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Custom Servo Motors MPA-07-220 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Eaton products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dodge parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Eaton product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Eaton such as the 151626 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Q964746010 manufactured by Dodge and we are pleased to be able to service most Dodge systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HVX015A22A1B1 by Manufacturer Eaton as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Danaher Brand 9032010553 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Dynaserv such as SR1015B62 equipment made by Dynaserv have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dynaserv products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dynaserv" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available HVX020A24A1B1 made by Eaton as well as the popular VLT5032PT5C20STR1DL original spares produced by Danfoss Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 67201954U3 by Dings-Dynamic and SR1015B62 spares by Dynaserv are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MC2NCH Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Denso. |
